Childcare Request Form

Turning Point Staff may use this form to submit a request for childcare during TPC events, small groups, etc. Requests should be submitted 4 weeks before event or meeting. Once reviewed, the KPLC team will be in touch to discuss details and next steps.

Please note that a large quantity of children needing care and infants (children under 12 months of age) will have a higher cost due to the special care needed.

The final cost will be communicated in advance of your event.
